Looking at a person, I can immediately determine what their lifestyle is – how balanced their diet is and how much they sleep. Based on this, I calculate the load and the program according to which each of my clients will train. I am strict when a person has a goal. And I will make sure that they achieve it.

A person should always remember that working with a trainer is only an hour a day, and the rest of the time you have to control yourself. And the main rules for achieving the desired result outside the gym are proper nutrition and an active lifestyle.
