While expecting a baby, in 2013 I studied at the Pregnant Gymnastics Trainer Course and since then I have been working with pregnant women. I participate and speak at medical seminars and congresses. I actively work with pregnant women, giving advice, and leading exercise group classes for pregnant women. I make a complex exercise program individually.
The Tonus & Stretch classes I lead are especially suitable for office workers who spend long hours at the computer, as well as for those who want to strengthen their muscles and build a body relief. In the lesson, special attention is paid to strengthening the body corset, developing and strengthening the muscles of the back and abdominal press.
