Training of the spine and deep muscles, weight regulation. I train “elite class” athletes, soldiers and children. Post-traumatic rehabilitation.

I published a book A. Stankēvičs "Comprehensive Physical Preparation in Sports and Special Operations Forces".
Work in the Latvian Olympic Association. I lead seminars and lectures.
